Firstly that is Reading not reading in the name or redding as it is pronounced. Put another way, it is the town of Reading, Berkshire. We arent a city yet although it will be third time lucky if the local bigwigs have their way.

It's a challenge to local people. In eighty days, what can you do to change your life or the life of people around you or even life in a far flung part of the world? And it is eighty days because there are already 90 and 100 day challenges aplenty. Sixty is perhaps too few days for major changes and seventyfive just comes in with too many letters for a site name. Eighty days was the result.
